What happens if my operator leaves?
Your operator is covered by WrkPod's replacement guarantee. If they resign, are terminated, become unable to work for an extended period or fail a documented performance improvement process, WrkPod will replace them at no additional recruitment cost in accordance with the Trading Terms.
How quickly can I get started?
Our average placement time is approximately 30 days from sign-up to an operator at their desk. Timing can vary depending on the role and requirements, but our recruitment and training infrastructure is designed to get the right person contributing as quickly as possible.
